Regina spent more than two decades as a broadcast journalist before working in public relations and marketing for nationally and internationally recognized cultural arts institutions. Helping institutions increase their media exposure resulted in record-breaking attendance and confirmed for Regina that if you can get people to LISTEN and FEEL, they will ACT.

That became the founding principle of RRight Now Communications, which she launched to help leaders and brands get control of their message.

Along the way, she was profiled in Ebony Magazine, Cincinnati Herald, Cincinnati Magazine, and Cincinnati Enquirer and honored with a Cincinnati Business Courier C-Suite Marketing Award.

Regina is a 2022 YWCA Career Woman of Achievement, a two-time Emmy nominee, and Board Trustee with the Cincinnati Opera.
